Flight Information

Arrival in Lima All international guests will touchdown at Jorge Chávez International Airport (LIM) — Peru’s main welcome mat to the world — located in Callao, a 45-minute or 1 hour drive from central Lima. Entry Requirements Good news, adventurers! If you're a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, you don't need a visa to visit Peru — just show up with your passport (make sure it's good for at least six more months, or you'll have to sweet-talk your way in with nothing but charm... and trust us, Peruvians are friendly, but not that friendly).

Rental Car

Airport Transportation

Airport Transportation Upon arrival at Jorge Chávez International Airport, we recommend using authorized taxi services available at the airport's official taxi counters (inside the airport). These include: Taxi 365, Taxi Directo or Taxi Green. For your safety, please avoid accepting rides from individuals outside the airport premises. Using the official taxi services ensures a secure and reliable transfer to your accommodation. We do not recommend to rent a car. Uber works perfectly!

Hotel

Recommended Hotels

Our wedding will take place in the charming district of Barranco. We recommend staying in nearby Miraflores, famous for its stunning coastline, endless shopping, and restaurants that could easily turn your trip into a full-time eating tour. Here are some hotel options we love in Miraflores: 🏨 JW Marriott Hotel Lima (perfect if you love ocean views and fluffy pillows) 🏨 Belmond Miraflores Park (luxury, sunsets, and possible movie-star moments) 🏨 AC Hotel Lima Miraflores (modern, sleek, and Instagram-approved) 🏨 Casa Andina Premium Miraflores (cozy and stylish — your abuela would approve) 🏨 Hotel Estelar Miraflores (great location for shopping, strolling, and ceviche emergencies) January is a popular time to visit Lima (hello, summer vibes!), so book early to avoid a dramatic last-minute scramble.
