Blue Water River Walk
Whether you're staying in Port Huron or have time to kill before our ceremony, this paved walking path offers beautiful views of the St. Clair River. Let us know if you see any freighters!
Raven Café
We have been here several times and highly recommend it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner- especially if you like Edgar Allen Poe or hanging out in old, mysterious libraries. They have an extensive coffee menu as well as alcoholic drinks, and delicious food.
Lighthouse Beach
This is the closest public beach to our venue. We recommend walking there if able, to avoid paying for parking- it is a 0.8 mile walk from the DoubleTree. There is a larger beach further north (Lakeside Beach) but it is 1.6 miles from the hotel.
Ozoku Con (Blue Water Convention Center)
As luck would have it, there is an anime convention being held in the attached convention center on the weekend of our wedding. You may see cosplayers around the venue during our wedding weekend!
Port Huron Museum
This museum has a wealth of information about Port Huron and the surrounding area's history.
