Is there transportation to and from the hotels for the reception?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be provided for guest staying at the double tree to the reception, as well as back to the hotel.

Please inform the couple as there will be allergen friendly meals. As the bride herself is allergic to gluten.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking for both ceremony and the reception. However, a shuttle is provided to the reception from the hotel after the ceremony.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Ceremony starts at 1:30pm sharp. Please arrive by 1 to 1:15 pm to ensure enough time to be seated and settled.

Please wear cocktail attire. Avoiding emerald green as this is the bridesmaid's color.
