We met through a dating site called "Hinge." Tim sent the first message, we connected instantly and set up a date within a week. Our first date was at California Pizza Kitchen. We enjoyed good food and continued our date by walking around the mall where we ended up on a bench and talked for hours. We couldn't wait to see each other again and set up our second date two days later and from that point on we grew closer together and our journey progressed.

We recreated our first date by returning the California Pizza Kitchen then walked around the mall. Tim proposed next to the bench where we had talked for hours on our first date. Keyera's little sister was kind enough to decorate it and make it beautiful. Keyera initially thought that was the end of it, but to her surprise we had an engagement party waiting for us at her house. We got to celebrate each other surrounded by family and friends. It was an amazing night.
