Since Flagstaff is higher in elevation sitting at about 7,000 feet the air is a bit thinner up there, be sure to drink plenty of water and take pauses to breathe deep and soak in all of the beauty of nature. Arizona Nordic Village es una instalación aislada, situada en el Coconino Forest a 24 km al oeste de Flagstaff. Tienen un sistema de 40 kilómetros para uso de los huéspedes. Elevación: 2.446 metros Arizona Nordic VIllage es un lugar fuera de la red. ¿Qué significa fuera de la red? Significa que no esta conectado o servido por servicios publicos o privados. Transportan toda su propia agua y la mayor parte de su energía es generada por energía solar. Por ello, pedien que seamos conscientes del uso de recursos como el agua y la electricidad durante nuestra visita. Reglas del terreno: Por favor, deposita toda tu basura en los contenedores adecuados. Si ves basura en el suelo, recógela y tírala. Tomar medidas para reducir el impacto y mantener la belleza de la naturaleza marca una gran diferencia, y esto anima a otros a hacer lo mismo. Respeta la vida salvaje: Siempre que visites la naturaleza, estarás entrando en su hogar y en el de todos los animales salvajes. Sé consciente de tu impacto, ya que puede alterar la armonía de las interacciones entre los seres humanos y la fauna y dar lugar a una relación negativa y a un deterioro de la salud del ecosistema, Reglas generales: Respeta la vida salvaje desde lejos, no te acerques. Arizona Nordic Village is an off-grid facility, located in the Coconino Forest 15 miles west of Flagstaff. They have a 25 mile trail system for guest use. Elevation: 8,028 ft Arizona Nordic VIllage is an off grid venue. What does off-grid mean? It means we are not connected to or served by publicly or privately managed utilities. They haul in all of our own water and most of our power is supplied by solar. With that, they kindly ask us to be mindful of use of resources such as water and power while visiting our venue. Ground Rules: Please dispose of all trash in the proper trash receptacles. If you see trash on the ground pick it up and throw it away. Taking action to reduce the impact and keep nature beautiful makes a huge difference, and this encourages others to do the same. If you see trash on the ground pick it up and throw it away. Respect Wildlife: Whenever you visit the great outdoors, you are entering the nature’s home and the home of all wildlife.
