Shuttle to ceremony/reception

October 10, 2025 4:15 pm - 11:30 pm

Shuttles will be available to/from the wedding at two locations. Bus #1 will pick up/drop off at the Holiday Inn Express in Pantops Bus #2 will pick up/drop off downtown on 100 block of South Street East. The bus will be parked on the street across from a Wells Fargo Advisors. If you park downtown we recommend the Water Street Garage which is across the street perpendicular to the pick up location. (***See Gallery section of website for Map***) Buses will arrive at the pick up location at 4:00 pm and will depart from their locations PROMPTLY at 4:15 pm. (They have no head count, they will not wait for people, do not be late) There will be 2 departure times to leave the wedding 9:30 pm - single bus will make a trip to both the Holiday Inn Express and downtown locations 11:30 pm - one bus will depart back to each location - make sure you are on the right one!

We have a hotel block here. This hotel is located <2 miles from the downtown mall, about a 10 minute drive or less. Reserve a room by one of two ways: 1. Call 434-212-1000 or 1-800-holiday and letting the agent know they would like to reserve a room in the Stiger Eleazer Wedding Block (code SEW) or 2. Click 'View' below and it will take you to the online reservation for the block. On the first screen, you will need to choose the nights you need, and on the second screen, you will see our name block and you can choose the room type.
