Where can I submit my commitment & RSVP?

We're so excited that you're ready to RSVP! Click on the RSVP tab and make sure to RSVP to each event as we need headcount accordingly.

Where can I find the hotel information?

Answer

Hotel information is in the travel details page. Click on "VIEW" to be directed to the Hilton website for the room blocks. If you do not wish to stay at the Hilton there are many Airbnbs in the area as well as other amazing Hotels choose from.

By when is the latest I can RSVP?

Answer

April 30th is the latest date to RSVP. Please make sure to RSVP to each event individually. If your plans to attend have changed due to unforeseen circumstances & you should need to alter your reservation from YES to NO, please text the bride directly and she will update it on your behalf.

Can I bring young children?

Answer

All of the events are adult centered. However, should you require babysitting, please reach out to the concierge as they have a list of local sitters. Beach day is a family friendly environment in which children are welcomed.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is our present! But if you truly wish to give a gift, then we will appreciate a cash gift towards our Reboot Fund via Venmo or Zelle.

What days do you suggest we travel?

Answer

This all depends on your availability. Welcome and Wedding are in the evening, you can travel early morning or Wednesday the day before all the festivities begin. Departure is up to you, we are just excited and honored you traveled so far to celebrate with us!

What is the best mode of travel when in Cartagena?

Answer

Ubers are the easiest and best way to commute while in Cartagena. However there are taxis everywhere as well. Valentina our concierge can also schedule car services on your behalf if you have large groups you are traveling with. The hotel does not offer shuttle services unfortunately.

What should we pack?

Answer

Sunscreen is a must as the SUN is strong. Don't forget to pack lite (thin), airy, moisture wicking attire as its HOT & HUMID. Sneakers or comfortable walking shoes are recommended. For the big/special day don't forget your formal wear 😉

How does Beach Day work?

Answer

Beach day is based on your personal preference to continue the party together. If you choose to join the Bride & Groom please use the link provided on the "Travel Details" tab to purchase your day pass to Fenix Beach. Please do not feel obligated to go to beach day event as I know many want to explore other areas of gorgeous Colombia.
