How often should I check the website for updates?

Answer

1-4 times a month. Whatever you feel is necessary, so long as you're update to date a month or two before the wedding date.

Can I bring a date or my family?

Answer

If your plus one or children's name were not on the wedding invite, please text (520) 345-0609 or email nessiw8@gmail.com to request them to be put on our invite waiting list. Please understand additional guests are not guaranteed as the venue is limited, and we want to ensure all family and close friend's of the bride and groom have a spot secured first . We would love to have your important people join us if we have the room to invite them. Priority for additional guests of the guests will first be long term partners and kids in order of request, and then dates will follow after in order of request.

Can I smoke on the venue grounds?

Please read the wedding venue's informational pamphlet for guests, as it is restricted. As requested from the bride and groom, smoking is unacceptable at the wedding venue. The bride's sister and mother are highly allergic and it will ruin the experience for the whole family. If you cannot follow this request please discuss your situation over text or email

Will there be catering options during the reception that accommodate my dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Our catering has not been officially decided yet, we hope to update this within the next month. Please inform us through text or email as soon as possible if you have any dietary restrictions of any sort and to what degree they are a concern (e.g Preference to severe). We will do our best to work something out for you.

Where do I park?

Answer

We will hopefully update this information soon. It will depend on the total guest list of people attending the wedding as there is limited parking at the venue itself. They have a plan if people need to park farther away, so you won't have to walk.

What if I can come to the reception, but can't attend the ceremony or vice versa?

Please attend anyway if you can! Just let us know so we can plan accordingly to accommodate you.

Is this a no phone wedding?

Answer

No, you don't have to worry about your phone usage. Just please be considerate and present at the wedding; we would like people to connect with each other face to face on our big day.

Can I wear a color not on the the color pallet?

Answer

Preferably, if you can closely match a shade on our color pallet, that would be great. Black is also fine if you are struggling to find an outfit, it's just not preferable, and don't even worry about shoe color, anything not neon is fine. The idea is to make the photos more pretty/unified, so if you can't find an outfit that matches those colors, it's okay. Any shade similar---whether darker or lighter---is fine as well. It's more about the undertone and vibrancy of the colors that will really stand out in photos, (e.g lime green and hot pink would be really distracting).
