Semi-formal colorful attire.

Formal Indian attire. American attire needs to be formal and conservative.
HALDI, MAIYAAN, AND CHOORA
Semi-formal in shades of yellow to mustard.
WEDDING 
Guests wear formal attire. Women in Indian outfits  have a head covering. While men and women in American attire should wear a scarf. American attire must be conservative, formal, and loose-fitting for comfortable ground seating. Shoes must be taken off outside. Everyone is required to wear a head covering during the Temple wedding ceremony. No without sleeves, tank tops, halter, mini skirts, tight skirts, exposed legs, or tights with a short skirt- these are inappropriate for the Temple.
