Can I book my room outside of the wedding room block?
Answer
No, please do not book your stay outside of the room block. You may see a cheaper option online or via your credit card for the NONrefundable rate; however, the hotel is providing our guests a discount on the REFUNDABLE rate which must be book via our discount code: CHAPA26 This is the best option if in the event anything happens, you get all your money back!

To secure your reservation, PUEBLO BONITO will request a major credit card and will charge one night of your stay at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The rest of the cost will be paid upon check-in. * Room rates are quoted in U.S. dollars, per room, per night in All Inclusive Program. All taxes -16% Federal Tax and 4% Hotel Tax- and services included except environmental tax to be paid at check in ($79.20 pesos per room per night, approx. $3.90 usd per room per night depending on exchange rate). * The maximum number of people per room is 3 adults except at the Deluxe OV The Towers, where the maximum occupancy is double and Presidential Suite where the maximum occupancy is 4 adults. * The Resort will assign rooms based on specific requests including bedding, subject to availability * The group rate will be available until March 1, 2026

What's the Hotel Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: * If cancellation is received 21 days or before your arrival, the initial deposit will be refunded. * Cancellation made from 20 days to 0 days prior to your arrival will be charged 1 night * If you failed to arrive on the confirmed date (no show) full stay as confirmed will be charged. * Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for your confirmed stay.

The wedding will be at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, an all-inclusive resort. All food and alcohol is included in your stay!

How early can I check into the resort?
Answer
Shelby and Kevin will be at the resort all week so anyone is welcome anytime! The earliest time you can check into the resort is 3:00pm when you arrive. If you arrive earlier than 3pm, the resort will hold your luggage. Your all inclusive access starts as early as 12pm. At the very latest, we suggest you check in by Friday, June 5, for the welcome party that evening and to arrive on time for the ceremony on Saturday, June 6.

Expect hot days, with average highs around 89-90°F. Nights are significantly cooler but still warm, often in the mid-70s

Is Cabo San Lucas Safe?

Yes Cabo San Lucas is very safe and the resort is about 5 minutes away from downtown. The resort is guarded by gate and security that only allows guests of the resort to enter. All wedding activities will be taking place on private resort grounds. Cabo is a safe and friendly environment. Just make sure to show respect and kindness when interacting with the locals

Can I swim in the ocean?

Unfortanely no, the currents are very strong and the resort will not let you swim in the ocean. If you would like to swim you would need to head over to Pueblo Bonito Rose and they have a beach with currents that are not as strong where you can swim, rent jet ski's and enjoy yourself! You can take a free shuttle to Rose and your all inclusive applies at all Pueblo Bonito resorts, meaning you also get free food and free drinks at Pueblo Bonito Rose!

What is the shuttle information from airport to resort?

The resort is located near downtown Cabo San Lucas, about 45 minutes away from the airport. We recommend using the link below for the most cost friendly transportation option we can find. If you decide to pay in cash, be sure to pay in full with your first driver. https://cabolindotransport.com/ The hotel offers a group shuttle three times per day at $30 per passenger. Contact the resort for more information regarding their schedule and how to book. You can also download the Pueblo Bonito app, enter your reservation information, and book with the shuttle from there.
