Yes, Cocktail hour begins at 12:30pm. There will be two separate bar areas along with a non-alcohol station. These bartenders are the best!!!! It is an open bar, but please consider taking care of your bartender's. I have encouraged them to have their venmo, cash app, zellie ect out along with a tip jar. This is encouraged but not required.

Unfortunately, there is no parking at the residence. We have made arrangements for our guests to park at the Peninsula Club clubhouse and board a shuttle to take you to the reception. A shuttle will run every 5 minutes starting at 12:15pm. Shuttles will be available all day to return you to your vehicle. It may also be more convenient if you'd like to use a ride share service to transport you directly to the venue with no waiting.

Yes, we wanted to take every opportunity to be able to enjoy all amenities of this beautiful space. We encourage our guests to stay after the reception and enjoy Lake Norman and/or the pool. We also will have a live band performing into the evening. Dinner will be served with an authentic Venezuelan food truck (Kevin's request).

Answer
Yes, pack a bag including a towel, swim suite and change of clothes. There will be a designated area to store your bag after our guest's arrive at the reception.
