How far is the Venue from the hotel?

Answer

The venue is located 8.8 miles from Fairfield Inn and Suites. It will take approximately 15 minutes to get there.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we'd love to celebrate with all of your little ones, we can only accommodate children of our immediate family. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to a limited budget, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be addressed to "(Your Name)" & "Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact guest counts by a certain date. While we will send many reminders, as well as send out initiations early, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

What do i do if i can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Not Attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

What is the dress code? Are there any other details I should know?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. Also, the evenings can get a little chilly, so you might want to bring a light jacket or shawl. The ceremony will be held outside.

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you... get ready to party!!

Answer

Parking is available at the venue however overnight parking is not permitted.
