Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your kids, this is an adults-only celebration and we want you to be able to enjoy the night off and celebrate with us.

When are RSVPs due?

Answer

We ask that everyone please RSVP no later than April 13.

Question

Can I bring a guest or plus one?

Answer

To keep our celebration intimate and due to limited venue capacity, we are only able to invite the individuals listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that everyone arrive to the ceremony at least 15 minutes in advance.

Question

Is Stuart's Opera House accessible?

Answer

Yes! There are multiple handicap accessible spots in front of the doors to our venue, as well as an elevator to take you to the second floor (stage) where our ceremony will be.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be several parking spots in Nelsonville's square in which you can park, as well as the small parking lot across the street. Street parking nearby is also available.

What will we be eating?

Answer

We will be serving a buffet-style dinner that includes a garden salad, rolls, honey-glazed salmon, lemon and herb chicken, penne pasta, roasted potatoes and green beans almondine. There will be hors d'oeuvres served during the cocktail hour.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please contact us separately for any dietary restrictions. We have chosen a menu that hopefully allows for something for everyone to eat but understand certain restrictions.

Question

Will there be transportation provided following the reception?

Answer

We will not have transportation provided following the reception. We ask if you plan to enjoy a few beverages, you please be safe and smart and designate a driver, call a lyft or plan accordingly on how to return to where you're staying.
