Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! They will both be held at The Atrium

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors but there is outdoor space that can be used during cocktail hour and the reception.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, there will be two shuttle runs to get you from the hotel to the ceremony. The first shuttle leaves at 3:30 pm and the second run is at 4:00 pm. It will also be making trips at the end of the night to get you back to the hotel. *Ubers/Lyfts aren’t a common option in this area so plan accordingly! It’s important to us that our guests travel safely.

Yes, we have rooms blocked at the Hampton Inn Butler 400 Benevan Square Butler, PA 16001 Mention the Heinle-Crawford wedding *Book before July 31 to get the group rate*

Is there a dress code? What should I wear?

Answer

We are requesting our guests dress in cocktail attire. Think dresses or a suit and tie!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30 so please get there by 4:15 to be settled and in your seat before start time.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

The Atrium has a large parking lot with free parking for all guests.
