The ceremony and reception will both be held at Emerson Park Pavilion in Auburn NY, 6879 E Lake Rd, Auburn, NY 13021. The ceremony will take place outdoors in front of the lake in the grass. Cocktail hour will be outdoor and indoor. Reception will take place indoors.
Semi-Formal. We suggest that men wear a suit and women wear floor or tea length dresses. Please note our ceremony will be held outdoors by the lake in the grass when considering shoes.
Our ceremony begins at 4:30 p.m. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before. Following the ceremony will be a cocktail hour from 5:00-6:00 p.m, followed by the reception from 6:00 p.m - 10:00 p.m.
Transportation is provided from the Hilton Garden and the Holiday Inn to and from the venue. Shuttle pickup times are 3:15pm and 3:50pm. Shuttle return times are 9:30pm, 10pm, and 10:15pm. Shuttle boarding begins 10 minutes before departure time. All departure shuttles will stop at both hotels. Only the 10pm and 10:15pm departure shuttles will stop at the after-party at A.T. Walley. A.T. Walley is a short 5-10 minute walk from the hotels. There is also plenty of parking available for free at our wedding venue, located right in front of the Pavilion. Vehicles can be left at the venue overnight as long as they are picked up by morning.
Although we adore your children, we have decided to make our event adults-only.
Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only accommodate those listed on your invite.
All phones and cameras must be put away and turned to silent during the ceremony. After the ceremony and exit, please feel free to take as many pictures as you want and share them with us!
