Things To Do
Market Square
In general the market square (rynek) is the starting point for any trip to Wroclaw and where you'll find most of the best restaurants/bars. Also at the same time there will the "summer market" where there will be many stalls selling local/home made products!
Ostrów Tumski
"Cathedral Island" is an easy walk from the market square and definitely worth the visit, the main cathedral is open most of the day for tourists and you can climb to the top for a panoramic view.
Hala Stulecia
The building itself is worth the visit, but the best part is walking around the connecting park. You can easily get there by tram or scooter from the market square.
Wyspa Słodowa
The only part of the city you can "legally" drink in public, nice park to walk through and you can feel free to bring a few beers to enjoy next to the river, also a great view at night.
Odra River
If you want to spend some time on the water, you can rent a kayak next to the national museum (Muzeum Narodowe we Wrocławiu) or you can find a guided boat tour near the cathedral island.
Galeria Neon Side
Interesting place to see over 30 historical neon signs lit up in the same square at night.
ZaZoo Beach Bar
Fun beach bar next to the river, highly recommend for drinks and snacks during the day or at night.
Browar Stu Mostów na Świdnickiej
Local brew pub with great beer and an excellent food menu right next to the market square.

Best place in the city for steak, burgers, and cocktails. Perfect location right on the market square!
HALA Świebodzki - bar & food court
Inside/outside food hall with a great atmosphere. Full bar and a variety of great food vendors.
"Nasyp"
Along the street "Wojciecha Bogusławskiego" you'll find a full street lined with pubs all tucked under the railroad tracks for a unique experience.
Bułka z Masłem
Two locations (one next to the market square, one next to the promenad), both great options for breakfast/brunch.
Charlotte
Great choice for a French style breakfast.
Drevny Kocur OVO Wroclaw
There are two locations, the best is the one at this address where there's a better vibe, better service, and more TVs to watch the Euro football tournament.

Nice place for good Polish cuisine.

Great local food options, slightly upscale but still reasonable prices (and they make their own beer).

Best Italian food in the city, home made pasta and near Ostrov Tumski and the Botanical Gardens.
