At five o’clock, the celebration begins. Kindly be seated by 4:30 PM. Once the doors close and the processional commences, we ask that wandering spirits wait inside at the bar until the ceremony has concluded before entering. Being late is not a good look.
Our celebration will be an elegant evening affair. We kindly request tuxedos or suits for gentlemen and full-length gowns for ladies. To complement the aesthetic of our celebration, we kindly ask guests to wear rich, dark tones. To maintain the formality of the evening: shorts, pants for women, athletic wear, casual attire, and bright colors are not permitted.
Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. Plus ones are not permitted unless specifically indicated. (short answer, no.)
As much as we love your little ones, we respectfully request an adults-only celebration, and children are not permitted at the wedding. For guests traveling with children, babysitting services and/or a kids’ corner will be available through the hotel and may be arranged at your own expense.
We recommend consulting with the bride, groom or immediate family to the bride and groom as we know the area around the hotel may be unfamiliar.
We recommend all guest to Uber or use the EAU Valet service if not driving under the influence. Parking across the street is not permitted.
Yes, complimentary valet service will be provided at the EAU. Cash tips to the valet workers are appreciated!
Our ceremony will be held outdoors if weather permits and our reception will be indoors in the ballroom.
