Rental Car
If you’re planning on driving to the wedding, there’s plenty of parking at the Roger Williams Botanical Center. There’s a big parking lot right by the main entrance at 1 Floral Ave, Providence, RI 02905. There’s also plenty of street parking at Dye House if you’re attending the other wedding festivities that weekend - just be ready to whip out your handy dandy parallel parking skills ;)
Train
If you're coming from New York, we recommend taking the Amtrak train to Providence. It's about 3.5 hours and has a beautiful view of the coast along the way. We highly recommend buying your tickets months in advance to get a cheaper seat! You can buy fully refundable tickets, if you're not yet sure which day or time you'll be traveling.
Train
If you're traveling from the Boston area to Providence and don't want to drive, consider taking the commuter rail train from South Station, Back Bay, Ruggles, or Route 128. The trains are inexpensive, come frequently, and you can buy tickets online - just check the scheduled times here and download the MBTA App to buy tickets.
Travel Note
If you’re coming from out of town, we recommend staying at one of the hotels below, or at an Airbnb in Providence. We don’t have any specific hotel blocks, so feel free to stay at whichever place is more your vibe. Everything in the city is very close to one another and you’ll have tons of fun exploring little restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and bookstores! For folks coming from the Boston area or surrounding suburbs, totally up to you whether you want to commute in for different wedding events or stay somewhere closer (especially if you plan to drink!). There’s plenty of parking at our venues and throughout Providence, so whatever works better for you :)
