Yes, shuttles will be arranged from both hotels to the venue via trolley before cocktail hour beginning at 4:30, 4:50, and 5:10. After the reception, a Providence bus will be arranged to take guests back to both hotels. This will begin at 10:30 and run approximately every 30 minutes at 10:30, 11:00, and 11:30.
Please arrive no sooner than 4:45 PM to allow for set up.
Transportation will be arranged from the venue to hotels after the reception. The venue does allow cars to be left overnight if needed and you can pick it up the next day. We want everybody to have fun and get home safe!
Plus ones will be specified on individual invitations as there is a venue capacity. Thank you for understanding!
