[Important] Shuttle Schedule

VEHICLE PARKING IS PROHIBITED AT VENUE. ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO RIDE THE SHUTTLE. Shuttles will leave promptly at time indicated. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to departure as travel times are approximate. SHUTTLE 1 - DUFOR SCHOOL BUS Stanford House 3:50 PM Aspen Hotel 3:55 PM 5559 Main Street 3:55 PM Hampton Inn 4:05 PM River Road Farm 4:15 PM SHUTTLE 2 - DUFOR SCHOOL BUS Orvis 4:00 PM Hampton Inn 4:05 PM Equinox Resort, pick up in rear of hotel 4:10 PM River Road Farm 4:15 PM *If you miss the shuttles there will be a shuttle picking up at Orvis @ 5:00 following the ceremony to bring you to the cocktail hour and reception* Shuttles will run throughout the evening on the hour, as needed. Final departure at 11 pm: Union Underground & repeat routes above. Late departure at 1 am: Repeat routes above plus River Road Farm & 1184 East Manchester Road.

When should we book lodging?
Answer
We recommend booking lodging ASAP! You can book with hotels as early as one year out. Manchester get very busy in the summer and lodging books up quickly.

Are there Ubers/Lyfts in the area?
Answer
There are NO Ubers or Lyfts in the area. We recommend that you stay at a hotel listed on our website or one close to town so that you will have shuttle bus service to and from the venue from your hotel. If you choose to stay further out of town you will have to park at the Orvis flagship store parking lot and take the shuttle bus to and from the parking lot to the venue. Can we leave the venue early?
Answer
Shuttle service will be available all evening to bring you to your vehicle or hotel.

How much of the day will be outdoors?
Answer
We are planning for our ceremony to be outdoors (weather permitting, of course)! Considering it's the summer solstice we hopefully expect warm weather and lots of sun late into the evening. Dinner will also be outside weather permitting followed by dancing will be inside of the venue's barn!

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Summertime in Manchester Vermont is beautiful! The average high and low for June 21st is 77 degrees and 53 degrees respectively. We recommend bringing a layer or jacket in case it cools off later in the evening.

After Party?
Answer
We obviously want to keep the party going! All guests are invited to our after party from 11 pm to 1 am on Saturday! There will be transportation available to Union Underground in downtown Manchester as well as back to your lodging. Please RSVP if you plan on joining us!
