How do I get to The Settlement?

1589 Upper Middle Creek Road Sevierville, TN FROM PIGEON FORGE - Travel South on 441(the Parkway) to traffic light #8 (Dollywood Lane) and turn LEFT. FROM GATLINBURG - Travel North on 441 to Pigeon Forge, continue to traffic light #8(Dollywood Lane) and turn RIGHT. AFTER TURNING ON DOLLYWOOD LANE: Continue Across bridge to first traffic light and turn RIGHT onto UPPER MIDDLE CREEK (next to the golf course). Travel 2.4 miles and turn LEFT into the steep, concrete driveway and follow up the hill 0.1 miles to THE SETTLEMENT!

The address says Sevierville, TN...is that near Pigeon Forge? How the heck is it pronounced?

Sevierville borders Pigeon Forge. Literally a few miles down the road is Pigeon Forge. It is pronounced "Suh-VEER-vull"...this should save you from some friendly teasing by the locals lol.

A word about drinking and driving, especially in Tennessee...

We do not condone any sort of driving under the influence, but it is especially critical to avoid it at all costs in Tennessee. Sevierville county alcohol laws are very strict. Simple solution: don't drink and drive! Uber/Lyft or carpool with a DD. Penalties for DUI offenders in Tennessee: Mandatory jail time of at least 48 hours, which increases to seven days if the driver registers a BAC of .20 percent or higher; A fine ranging from $350 to $1,500; A license revocation of one year; Roadside litter pickup, which out-of-state residents must return to Tennessee to complete.

If I am staying at The Settlement, will there be towels and hairdryers on-site?
Answer
-While your cabin will be supplied with a set of towels for each guest, there will be not be a clean towel for each day of your stay. If your cabin has a hot tub, you may choose to bring beach towels for use with the hot tub. Do not forget your hairdryer! Most cabins do not have hair dryers.

What about cookware and food items if I'm staying at The Settlement?
Answer
Your cabin will be equipped with a basic set of pot and pans, cooking utensils, place settings, and glasses for the number of guests the cabin sleeps. If you plan to do a lot of cooking you may want to bring a few of your favorite pots and cooking supplies. Food items are not supplied, so you may want to bring some of these often forgotten items: salt and pepper, coffee, coffee filters, cooking oils and sugar.

Is there a grocery store near The Settlement?
Answer
Yes! There is a Food City located about 3 miles away. Open 6am-Midnight, 7 days a week. Beer AND wine available. There is a gas station on-site and a Starbucks. Address is 3064 Teaster Lane, Pigeon Forge. Liquor can only be purchased in Gatlinburg or at local distillery stores. There is a King's Family Distillery right down the road from The Settlement that carries a variety of whiskeys, bourbons, vodka and gin.
