When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 8, 2023 through the “RSVP” page on our website.

Question

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be at Chesapeake Bay Foundation at 6 Herndon Ave, Annapolis, MD 21403. The ceremony will be on the beach followed by cocktail hour on the covered deck and then dinner inside the dining hall.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm and we recommend that you arrive 30 minutes beforehand to make sure there is plenty of time to walk to the beach and find a seat by 4:15pm.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, at Chesapeake Bay Foundation there is free on-site parking for 125 cars. Cars left parked overnight will need to be picked up by noon on Saturday.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal/cocktail (dress and suit with tie). The ceremony will be held on the beach and cocktail hour and dancing on the wood deck so keep this in mind when picking out your dancing shoes. Spike heels will get stuck!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Aside from the Flower Girl, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Will transportation be provided to/from the hotel?

Answer

There will be transportation to and from the SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotel and Chesapeake Bay Foundation. The bus will pick up at the hotel at 3:30pm to drive to the venue. There will be two trips from the venue to the hotel at the end of the night: one at 9:30pm and another at 10:30pm. Please have a mask readily available to wear if you are riding the bus as it is up to the driver’s discretion to wear one or not.
