Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by November 12, 2026. If multiple people are named on your invitation, please submit a response of "attending" or "not attending" for each person that is listed on the envelope. To ensure our venue has enough time to prepare, we will be unable to accept late RSVPs!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, only guests whose names are listed on your received invitation are invited. If your invitation is addressed to you "and guest", you are welcome to bring a date. If your invitation is addressed to only you, we kindly ask that you please check with Michaela or Kevin before bringing someone along with you.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Kids will be welcome at our wedding. However, to ensure that we have enough seating and dinner for all of our guests, if your child's name is not listed on your received wedding invitation, we kindly ask that you check with Michaela or Kevin before bringing additional kids.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We have registries on Zola and Amazon, more information can be found on the Registry page or by searching our names on Amazon Wedding registries.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Our venue has provided a list of hotel options nearest to the venue in Chandler. The information for these hotels can be found on the "Travel" page of this website.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The Ashley Castle has plenty of parking on the premises, so guests will be able to park with no issue.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. We will have vegetarian and gluten free dinner options available for guests that we know have food allergies. If you would like one of these options or have another allergy that we should know about, please let us know by indicating your food allergy on your RSVP or by reaching out to Michaela or Kevin. Please do so no later than November 12, 2026, as we will not be able to accommodate any requests made less than 30 days prior to the wedding date.

Question

What kind of weather should guests expect during the wedding?

Answer

For our guests traveling to Arizona for the wedding, an Arizona December is much more mild than December in other parts of the country. So, don't worry about packing your puffy coats and snow boots! The temperature in mid-December is usually in the 70s during the day and dips into the 60s at night. The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside in the afternoon, and then we will be hosting dinner and the reception indoors. We recommend bringing a light jacket or a wrap for the ceremony and cocktail hour, however guests should expect the be indoors for the majority of the event, so heavier clothing is not necessary.
