There are many metered street parkings surrounding Aria. Closest parking ramp is the ImPark Hennepin Avenue ramp, i.e. Hennepin Avenue Ramp - Lot #180 Another nearby option is the Interstate ramp located on 2nd Avenue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no organized group transportations. But all the hotels are a short car ride or a slightly longer walk away!
