Stone Arch Bridge
Our favorite view of the city and a favorite place to walk Bentley. The Mill City Farmers Market is also a nice place to spend a Saturday morning - just south of the Bridge (walking distance).
Nice Ride - bike rentals
Hours spent riding bikes around the Minneapolis Chain of Lakes (Lake of the Isles, Calhoun and Harriet). If it's a beautiful day we highly recommend renting a few bikes and exploring the city.
Minnesota State Fair
The Great Minnesota Get-Together! You are in town for the last weekend of one of largest State Fairs in the United States. Enjoy fried pickles, cheese curds or anything you can put on a stick.
Minneapolis Sculpture Garden
Short walk from downtown and close to a lot of other attractions - a nice place to spend an afternoon.
Minnehaha Falls
Further from downtown but about a mile from our house. We love to bring Bentley along and get some food at Sea Salt.
Hola Arepa
A 10-15 minute trek from downtown but you wont be disappointed.
Sebastian Joe's Ice Cream Cafe
A trip to Minneapolis wouldn't be complete without a tasty treat from one of our favorite ice cream shops - Pavarotti (Kevin's fav) or the Raspberry Chocolate Chip (Martina's pick).
Dangerous Man Brewing Company
Where we've shared beers, pizza, and game time with friends. If we were to recommend, it would be the peanut butter porter or the chocolate milk stout, but honestly, you can't go wrong with anything they brew up. Grab takeout next door from Young Joni - 2019 James Beard award winning chef!!
Tattersall Distilling
The most delicious cocktails of all the land. Original cocktails, fun people watching and always a food truck nearby.
