Maddi and Kevin started dating in 2018 after meeting through a mutual friend. They are both involved in Kevin's Pig Service, a business that was originally started in 2016. Kevin is also a member of his company, ProFence LLC. They live together in Shippensburg, PA with their dogs Buck and Bear.
