Maroni Meadows in Snohomish at 4pm. 9217 172nd St SE, Snohomish, WA 98296 Both our ceremony and reception will take place at this venue. There is ample parking, and we are arranging for a shuttle to take guests to and from the Hilton Garden Inn in Bothell.
Whatever you are comfortable in! Prepare for an autumn "garden wedding." It might get a little chilly in the evening, so a jacket or sweater would be recommended. Also, be prepared for a chance of rain (fingers crossed we stay dry!) Wear comfortable shoes. Heels might sink into the ground!
Yes! When you enter your name in the RSVP field, there should be an option to add guest(s). If you run into any issues, please email us at kevinandloriwedding@gmail.com. Babies and children are welcome as well! Just be sure to RSVP so we have an accurate headcount. Unfortunately, however, the wedding venue does not allow dogs.
We are following Washington State and CDC recommendations for outdoor gatherings. As of now, there are no requirements for masking when outdoors, but please feel free to wear one if you prefer. As we get closer to our wedding date, we will reassess and decide whether we will require a negative test or other precautions.
Texas-style Barbecue! We found a delicious barbecue restaurant when we moved to Monroe, and we're delighted to have them cater our wedding! There will be several meat options, mac and cheese, and a few sides to choose from (including salad). Please let us know if you have any allergies the caterer should be aware of.
Many of our guests are renting properties through AirBnB and VRBO. There are many unique properties in the area ranging from secluded cabins, city apartments, house boats, large beachfront homes, to tree houses! Our wedding is in Snohomish, which is about 25 miles northeast of Seattle. Other nearby areas include Bothell, Woodinville, Kenmore, Edmonds, Everett, and Monroe (our neck of the woods). If you want to explore Seattle and have access to lots of public transportation, there is a large Hampton Inn by the Northgate station, but it is more pricey than the Hilton Garden Inn in Bothell. Also, Kevin and I have found great lodging deals through an app called Hotel Tonight. Sometimes luxury hotel rooms are deeply discounted when they don't sell, and you can get a shockingly good deal at the last minute. We love it!
