Transportation to the Wedding Venue & Back to the Hotel

We will be providing transportation to the venue for all guests. The bus will leave promptly at 2:45pm so we recommend arriving about 15 minutes early to the Hyatt Regency Coral Gables Hotel. We will have 2 "bus captains" to call or text with any questions. We'll add their names and contact info closer to the wedding date. The meet-up location will be the hotel lobby. There will be only one opportunity to take the bus to the venue. If you miss the bus, you can either request an Uber/Lyft/Taxi to the venue or drive if you have a car with you. Transportation back to the hotel after the reception will also be provided. Parking is free and in a secure lot at the venue if you wish to drive.
Wedding Ceremony

Black-Tie Optional
The ceremony will be held outdoors. The venue has a brick walkway, gravel walkway, and grass throughout so a block heel is recommended over a stiletto. Black-Tie-Optional, At a Glance - A black-tie-optional dress code means you have the option to wear black-tie attire (an evening gown or a tuxedo) but can instead wear formal attire (a suit or long dress). - Appropriate attire options for a black-tie-optional dress code include full-length gowns, long formal dresses, dressy jumpsuits and pantsuits, tuxedos and suits. Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing to follow!
Cocktail Hour and Reception

The cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. In late November, the temperature is expected to be between 70 and 80 degrees in Miami.
After Party

Location TBD - we'll go to a bar nearby the hotel we can walk to and have the DJ announce where or pass info along the day/night of. This won't be an organized event, just to continue the party if you're interested!
