Best way to travel to Wood's Hole from Boston Logan Airport

We rented a car at Boston's Logan Airport and drove to Woods Hole (takes about 90 minutes). We then took the ferry to MV. The ferry goes to Vineyard Haven or Oak Bluffs from Woods Hole. A car can be rented on the Island. (Check the car rental prices on and off the island for what works best for you). Take into account, that it costs around $80 to take the car each way on the ferry. The island also has Ubers and buses that go around the island daily.
