Is my deposit refundable?

No, the deposit is non-refundable. It helps cover initial event costs and secure reservations. Please be sure to confirm your attendance before submitting the deposit.

What do the reunion dues cover?

Answer

The reunion dues help cover the costs of venue rentals, lunch on Saturday, our group activity, our White Out Family Dinner and other event-related expenses. They do NOT cover hotel accommodations, all meals, or transportation (flights, rental cars, or travel to Breckenridge).

Do I need to register my kids?

Answer

Yes, everyone in your party MUST register for the event, including children under the age of 3.

When are final payments due?

Answer

Final payments are due by Friday, June 13th. A $50 late fee per person will be charged for payments received after this date.

How should I prepare for the altitude in Breckenridge?

Answer

Breckenridge is located at an elevation of 9,600 feet, which may cause some visitors to experience altitude sickness. To help prevent this, we recommend DRINKING PLENTY OF WATER, taking it easy during the first day, and avoiding strenuous activities. If you experience any symptoms like headaches, dizziness, or shortness of breath, rest and hydrate. Please consult your doctor if you have any concerns about altitude sickness before traveling.

In August, Breckenridge typically enjoys mild weather, with morning temperatures in the mid-50s°F and daytime highs reaching the mid-70s°F. Lows usually range from 38°F to 41°F (3°C to 5°C). We recommend dressing in layers to stay comfortable. There's a 46% chance of rain on any given day, but it tends to be brief and clears up quickly.

What is parking like?

There are various parking options available throughout Breckenridge. Breck Park has implemented an innovative smart parking system for both the Town of Breckenridge and Breckenridge Ski Resort. Be sure to check the rates and payment options that work best for you. Please note that you should park in an available spot BEFORE making payment, as all spots are first come, first served. No refunds will be issued for payments made prior to securing a parking spot. Hotel parking varies by property, but on average, you can expect to pay around $30 per day.
