Only one shuttle will be provided to & from the venue. (Trip takes 15-20 minutes). Departure from hotel to venue: 4:30pm Departure from venue back to hotel: 11:10pm Please note: This shuttle has been organized with the hotel block in mind. If you did not book through the hotel block but you plan to attend the after party/use the shuttle, please communicate that to us.
Formal Attire We suggest that men wear a suit or tux and women wear a formal dress of any length. The wedding ceremony will be outside on the venue's lawn and the reception will take place indoors.
Please see the 'Travel' tab for the hotel block. The Bride & Groom will be staying at the main hotel.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on each wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
If you will be driving to the venue, please buzz in at the gate and state you are there for the Galeano Wedding. Valet will be provided when you pull up in front of the mansion.
Please try to inform us prior if you have a food allergy. If you forget to do so, please inform your waiter! Hamilton Farm is happy to accommodate your allergy/food preference, so please speak up! We want all of our guests to enjoy their meal. A vegetarian option is also available.
