When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We would recommend getting to the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. Parking is available in the garages on either side but you will need to change elevators to reach the top floor where the club is located. The doors will close for the ceremony space at 5 pm and will not reopen until the ceremony has concluded.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is formal. Please no jeans or polos. Suits and floor-length dresses are strongly preferred.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love everyone's kids but we will be having a child-free wedding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have made arrangements with nearby hotels as listed under our "Travel" heading. We strongly recommend the Omni Las Colinas, The Marriott Los Colinas, or the Texican Court! All are within walking distance from the venue as well as shops and restaurants on the canal.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let Karsen know well in advance so we can communicate your dietary needs to the caterers.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The Constellation Club is on the top floor of an office complex with ample parking in the garages on either side of the building.
