Life with Jazz is full of surprises and adventures! We sometimes would tell strangers we're sisters/twins (depending on how much alcohol we've had). I always love how me and her will meet without planning anything and always still end up with having so much fun! Eugene and I met in 10th grade of high school, in metal shop class. Coincidentally, it was a mutual love of metal music that got us to be good friends almost immediately. He is one of the smartest, funniest people I know. Thanks to him, I had some of the best adventures in life, whether it's a concert at Madison Square garden, fishing for turtles at a lake, or a tour through San Francisco.

Lisa and I have met only a couple of years ago, but we know that we have each other to lean on. I'm so lucky to have her as my sister-in-law! I love hanging out with her, whether it's us sitting on the couch doing nothing, watching Secret Life, and eating non-dairy ice cream together!

I met Jhustin when he was still in high school. Jhustin is Jhave's younger brother, but after all these years, I consider him a brother of my own. I met Jhustin in the first year of dating Jhave, when he was still in high school. Since then, I've witnessed him graduate Basic Training, move to Texas on his own, get married, and become an astounding example of a man. I'm proud of who he became, and glad I can call him a groomsman.

My college best friend and my favorite travel buddy! Mariana and I have been best friends since the day we met (literally!) We just knew that we were meant for each other right away (thanks, Marco!). Kev and I love exploring the world with her and I'm looking forward to all the countries we have yet to visit!

Aleks "AK" Borovstov has been a good friend since we were both in high school. He's always ready to hang out, can crack a joke one minute and have an insightful conversation the next. I can count on him checking up on me practically every day, making sure I'm doing okay, and constantly making me laugh as we go through our IT careers together.

I love cooking for her every time she visits. Her love for filipino food is one of my favorite things about her. And thanks to her, we found our wedding venue!

Marco was one of the first of Jhave's friends I have met, and I knew right away we were going to get along. His excellent taste in music, his affinity for comic books, and his great sense of humor made it too easy to hang out with him. Z and Zhaeila are two dogs hailing from El Paso, Texas, and both belong to Jhustin and Lisa. Affectionately called Dasha's "cousins", both of them stayed with us while Jhustin was deployed in Kuwait, and in that time, the three of them became practically inseparable. Now that they moved to the East Coast, Dasha is happy to be much closer to these two!

Before any of the other four dogs, there was Toby. Although he might be the smallest, he sometimes has the biggest spirit. He's the mature dog of the five, and takes his job as Melad's emotional support dog very seriously. Luna is the newest member to join the pack, and her duty is to keep Jhave's niece Layla company while Dasha's away. And when Dasha does visit, Luna will stop at nothing to get her older cousin to play with her.

Dasha started out as a way to help our a local shelter near our home in Arlington. We signed up to foster her and help her find her forever home, but soon after decided that her forever home would be with us. On February 20th, 2020, we officially adopted Dasha. Since then, she's been spoiling us with love and keeping us company. The three of us have already been on countless adventures, and are looking forward to many more.
