Our paths crossed in Rhode Island, courtesy of our mutual friend, Garrett Scherma, during Jackie’s time at Roger Williams University. We formed a strong friendship that lasted for years, laying the foundation for our relationship, which began in 2017. The next two years were a testament to our commitment, navigating a long-distance relationship between Boston and Connecticut, until Kevin made the move to Stamford in 2019.

On a crisp December night, in the cozy confines of our little Stamford apartment, Kevin popped the question after wisely receiving Jackie’s father’s blessing. It was perfectly us: intimate and heartfelt. Later, we shared the joy with Jackie’s closest friends in Trumbull, Connecticut.
