We recommend flying into Philadelphia International Airport. Philadelphia airport is an American Airlines hub. From our experience, your best bet for direct flights will be American Airlines. After reviewing flights for everyone's specific location the most popular direct flights are American Airlines followed by Spirit and Frontier. The cost per flight ranged from $200 - $600 per person. Please research your flight cost sooner rather than later. Flight shopping tips: 1. Clear your cookies search history. Your search history is saved and possibly will only show what you have looked at in the past instead of the best buy. 2. Search for/purchase flights on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You can save your flights for 24 hours before purchasing. So if you find a flight and want to talk it over with your partner there is time. 4. Consider flying in early and making this a vacation instead of a weekend stay. 6.We recommend booking through an airline directly and not through companies like Expedia. >From our experiences, if something should happen or flights are delayed for any reason, flights through a direct company is less stressful in finding new flights.

Transportation around the city of LOVE

We do not recommend renting a car. Our wedding is in center city Philadelphia. We recommend either using Uber or the train system (SEPTA) to get from the airport to your hotel or Airbnb. Once you are settled into your hotel or Airbnb all other fun is within walking distance or a short train ride.

Ceremony and reception location. XIX (19th floor). Check in is 4 pm. FYI - as of right now we are thinking the ceremony will start at 5pm on Saturday. If you call, the blocked rooms are under Paugh-Nelson wedding 12/5/26. You are also welcome to use the "view" link below. Please be sure to book your room by 11/6/2026 to receive the group rate. Rooms are currently available. Rooms can be added as needed as long as there is availability in the hotel.

Just one block away from the Bellevue. Friendly reminder the wedding and reception is located at the Bellevue in the 19th floor. Check in is 4 pm. Block rooms are now available through the 'View' button. If for some reason the room size you need is not available you can always call the hotel and say you are part of the Paugh/Nelson wedding.
