Is it better to fly to Tucson or Phoenix?

Answer

Washington and Oregon friends? Tucson will be your best bet. New York friends? You'll find one-way flights to Phoenix at much better rates. But be warned: It will take ~1.75 hours to reach Tucson from the Phoenix Airport. (This would also be the timeframe for minimal traffic. Accidents along this stretch of highway are common and could increase your travel time by thirty minutes to an hour.)

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We ask that for the wedding ceremony and the reception you keep to a casual dress code. Our wedding and part of the reception will be held outside and the temperatures will be hot. Women are suggested to wear a summer sundress, with wedges or sandals. Men are suggested to wear dress pants or khakis paired with a collared shirt. May I bring my child?

While we'd love to invite everyone, we request this be adults only unless your invitation has been addressed otherwise.

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP as soon as possible. Please RSVP no later than mid-July so we can finalize our guest count and other arrangements prior to the start of the school year.

Will the wedding be indoors or outside?

Answer

Trick question - both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. The reception to follow will be inside.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?

Answer

If you are staying at the designated Omni Hotel, there will be a shuttle to get you to and from the wedding. If you have set up accommodations elsewhere, you will need to provide transportation for yourself.

Can I leave my vehicle at the venue?

Answer

Yes, you can park your vehicle at the venue overnight, if needed. Please retrieve your vehicle by 11 am the following day.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

When you RSVP online, you will see how many guests have been allotted for your party.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, you can choose from red or white wine, beer, or margaritas. There will also be plenty of non-alcoholic beverages.

Is it safe to mail you a gift from your wedding registry?

Answer

Yes! We have locked mailboxes that can support larger packages. Sniper no sniping.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

That would be a no at the ceremony. You are welcome to, within reason, at the reception.

What kind of food will be provided?

Answer

The reception is buffet style but we ask that when you RSVP you note which entree you prefer so we have enough for everyone. The dinner includes salad and rolls in addition to the entree. During the cocktail hour, you will also have hors d'oeuvres which will include veggie platters and chips and salsa.
