You can RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance.
The venue is a combined indoor/outdoor. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will be held indoors (though the outdoor patio will be open the entire night). In the case of inclement weather, all events will be held indoors.
Cocktail! Remember that it will be in the middle of July and the weather will most likely be hot and humid. Additionally, a decent portion of the day will take place outside (weather permitting), so choose your shoes accordingly! We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white, as this color is reserved for the bride. Thank you for helping us keep this tradition special!
We will have two shuttles departing from the Wellsworth Hotel for your convenience. The first shuttle will leave at 3:20 PM and arrive at the venue at 3:45 PM. The second shuttle will depart at 3:35 PM and arrive at 4:00 PM. Please plan to arrive at least five minutes early to secure your seat on either shuttle. If you take the second shuttle, we kindly ask that you head directly to the ceremony space upon arrival, as there will be limited time before the ceremony begins. Return shuttles will also be available from the venue back to the hotel. The first return shuttle will depart at 9:15 PM and arrive at 9:40 PM, and the second will depart at 10:00 PM and arrive at 10:25 PM. Guests are welcome to take either shuttle to and from the venue.

Early check-in may be available but cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on hotel availability. We recommend getting ready before arriving at the hotel and planning your arrival around standard check-in times.
Yes, there will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout the evening. Beer and wine will be served during cocktail hour, followed by a full open bar at the reception. If you plan to attend the after-party, we recommend bringing cash or a credit card, as drinks after the reception will not be included.
To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding.
To ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the ceremony, we kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the event. We’ll have professional photographers capturing all the special moments, and we look forward to sharing these memories with you later. Thank you for your understanding!
When you RSVP, it will have a spot to indicate if you have been given a plus one. Due to limited capacity, we cannot accommodate anyone extra who is not on our guest list.
