Yes! We will have transportation provided from locations in Middletown as well Downtown Newport to and from Castle Hill Inn on Friday, October 24th. Shuttle Schedule: 3:30pm - Pick up at Homewood Suites, Middletown 3:50pm - Pick up at Red Parrot 4:10pm - Arrive at CHI 3:30pm - Pick up at Newport Marriott (close walk for those staying at Newport Harbor Hotel & Marina) 3:40pm - Pick up at Red Parrot 4:00pm - Arrive at CHI 10:00pm - Shuttle to Surf Club (after party) then Homewood Suites Middletown 10:00pm - Shuttle to Surf Club (after party) then Marriott Newport For those who prefer to drive, you can conveniently park and valet your car at Castle Hill Inn. The venue allows cars to remain overnight, as long as they are picked up by 10am the following morning.
Yes, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Please plan footwear accordingly (block heels recommended for women). We will provide blankets should it get chilly.
