We're getting married!

We met neither expecting our lives to change. What started as a simple conversation turned into long talks, laughter, and deep connection that couldn’t be ignored. Over time, we found comfort in each other’s presence and began to understand one another in ways no one else ever had. Our bond grew stronger with every moment, until love became undeniable. Two black men recognizing each other beyond the surface, beyond the world that so often misunderstands us. In each other, we found softness without fear, strength without pretense, and a love that honored both our joy and struggle. It wasn’t falling in love, it was choosing each other in a world that doesn’t always make that choice easy. In that choice we built something real, something rooted, something beautifully ours.
