When should I respond by?
Answer
To help us with our planning, we kindly ask you to please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline to RSVP is July 1st. Please remember to submit your meal option and where you are staying.

What is the dress code for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Please wear formal attire. Suit and tie required for gentlemen. Midi-length or long dresses for ladies!

Where will the wedding take place?
Answer
The ceremony will be on the lawn behind the club. The reception will be in an open air tent with a hardwood floor. We suggest bringing a light layer for the evening.

Is there parking for the welcome party, ceremony and reception?
Answer
For the welcome party, there is a parking lot directly across the street from the Beach Club. For those who are not taking the shuttle to the wedding at Wianno, there will be valet parking available at the main entrance of the Wianno Club.

What time should I arrive if I am taking my own transportation?
Answer
The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive by 4:00pm to allow time to park, enter the venue and find a seat. For those using the provided transportation, a timeframe of the bus schedule will be provided to you at your hotel! 3:15pm departure from Hyannis Harbor Hotel 3:45pm departure from Craigville Beach Hotel

Will there be transportation?
Answer
Yes! There will be shuttles between the Hyannis Harbor Hotel, the Craigville Beach Inn and the wedding venue! Ubers can be difficult to get on the Cape so plan to utilize the shuttle services so you can enjoy the night!

What if a have a food allergy or dietary preference?
Answer
Please inform us of your allergy or dietary preference in your RSVP. If you selected the Duet as your main entree, please note that there is an option to have double portion of either protein. Please list that in your RSVP. Please contact Devon or Kevin if you have any additional questions!

Can I bring my children?
Answer
We love your little ones, however, due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate children at our wedding. We encourage you to use our wedding as a night out!

Is there a room block?
Answer
We have secured a room block at Hyannis Harbor Hotel. Please mention the Bentivegna-McCarthy wedding when you call or use the link in the travel tab. If you are unable to secure a room, the block may be full. Please reach out to Devon or Kevin and we will attempt to add more rooms!!
