Sorry to disappoint, but this is not a story about how we met in high school and made awkwardly long eye contact after Kevin helped me pick up my books. But, the good news is that I like our story better! You guessed it, we met online! We instantly connected over a nice dinner, ice cream, and lots of laughter. It was truly love at first “swipe”. Shortly after, I was introduced to his family and started to build an incredible bond with Kevin’s daughter, Charlotte. It was everything I have every imagined. I quickly realized that he was my better half and there would never be any turning back. I swore he was my best friend, and he swore I was going to be his wife. Lucky for us: We were both right! Here's to the next chapter in our story: Calling dibs on forever. We could not have dreamed up a better life partner for each other if we tried, and we are so excited for this next part of our lives. Kevin planned an amazing photoshoot before Charlotte's birthday party. Little did I know that he had contacted my friends and the photographer on his plan to propose. We were in the middle of taking pictures, Charlotte had the ring the whole time. The photographer is prompting me to keep my eyes closed and kiss Kevin and that's when he got on one knee. All of my friends came out of the trees and it was an such an incredible day.
