We will be in a partially covered outdoor space. Dress casually for the weather.
4pm-7pm Recess has a full menu and guests are welcome to stay after 7pm. Kids are welcome to join until 10PM If you plan to stay at Recess for dinner, we recommend booking a reservation on OpenTable. For guests looking to explore Chicago’s culinary scene, there are plenty of walkable options from Recess in the West Loop neighborhood. Reservations are highly encouraged.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6 p.m. Guests may arrive no earlier than 5:30 p.m. Please allow for extra time to get to the ninth floor. There are only two elevators available. This is an adults-only celebration* There's no dedicated parking at the Library. For parking garages nearby & most commonly used, the following lots are recommended: 318 S. Federal Street 412 S. Dearborn Street.
