Allie Newton is my best friend and is the maid of honor! Allie has been my friend since we were 12! Allie fights for people so fearlessly. Allie and I started pursuing the Lord around the same time, and it became the center of our friendship. She became not only my best friend, but the person who pushed me closest to the Lord, was the most honest with me, and sincerely prayed for me. Even though we do not live in the same city anymore, I'm so grateful we have been able to stay best friends! Allie's a life-long friend and I am so grateful to have her standing beside me! Allie is studying to be a nurse, lives in Wilmington, and is dating a great guy - so catch them together at the wedding!
Rachel Swan

Rachel Swan just got a new last name recently, so I'm pumped to get to show that off right here! Rachel's been my best friend since we moved into the dorm the first day of college and I truly do not know where I would be without her! Rachel is probably one of the strongest women of God I know. She fights for people and what she believes so deeply. I laugh harder with Rachel than probably anyone I know, and I know that I can trust Rachel with my whole heart. Rachel is married to David Swan, who's also in the wedding party! She works for Open Desk and is a member at Southbridge Fellowship in Raleigh! Catch Rachel on the dance floor!!

Kirsten Pegram is one of THE best women I know and I'm HONORED to have her standing beside me. Kirsten and I have stood beside each other in lots of weddings, and I'm so honored that she'll be able to stand beside me in ours!! (I also was in Kirsten's, so that just feels really sweet). Kirsten is literally one of the coolest people I know. Honestly I think the longer I'm friends with her the more I just want to be more like her, because she's one of the strongest women I know. Kirsten loves so so deeply. The kind of deep were she pours her whole life out for those she loves. Kirsten challenges people and cares for people in ways that I hope the Lord will gift me with as well. Kirsten is smart and courageous. Kirsten's married to Dillon Pegram, who's another member of our wedding party.

Maranda Garner is one of my best friends. Maranda is kind, courageous, a lover of people, and a PRAYER WARRIOR. Maranda will do anything for the people she loves. Being friends with Maranda feels like going to a party all the time. To know her is to love her, be so loved by her, and to have so much fun with her. Maranda is one of the wisest women I know and I love learning from her and alongside her. She's my accountability partner and sweet sweet friend. Maranda is in cosmetology school and also has a heart to see the lost come to know the Lord Jesus. Want to know who did my makeup and hair come July 12? Maranda's the girl. She's married to Andrew Garner, who's also in the party! Catch them on the dance floor or somewhere sharing the gospel.

Ashley Somers is one of the longest of my Raleigh friends, and it totally shows in the sweetness of our friendship! Ashley and I have done so much together and I am so grateful for it! A friendship with her is such gift. Ashley loves her friends so so deeply and fights for them over anything. If you want someone in your corner, it's always Ashley. Ashley is brave, adventurous, and courageous. She stands up for herself and what she believes. Ashley has a heart to disciple teenagers and women and wants to do that for the rest of her life. I'm so so grateful to have Ashley standing beside me and fighting for me on this day and for the rest of our lives. Ashley is one of the funniest people I know, so get to know her at the wedding - I promise you'll leave wanting to be her best friend!!!

Hannah Niebauer is one of my favorites ladies on the planet. Hannah is strong. Hannah has overcome so much freaking adversity and has continued to press into the Lord even when things feel impossible, and I love that about her. Hannah is fearless, and she fights for people in a way I've never seen. Hannah cares about her friends, family, and the Lord so deeply. She loves Disney and is basically a princess, so book her for any of your party needs. Hannah's dating a Christian rapper, so if you want to be featured in any songs (i mean no promises) say hey to them when you get to the wedding!

Sarah Mock. Oh the things that I could say about Sarah. Just a few would be: faithful, teachable, obedient, loved, compassionate, persistent. Sarah was one of my Young Life leaders in high school before she dropped out of college to move to Africa. She may hate that I write it like that, but I love saying it because to me - that's the coolest thing. She literally will follow Jesus WHEREVER He calls her (I mean ya'll I could go on and on about how freaking FAITHFUL Sarah has been since even Africa), and it's so freaking beautiful. Sarah has encouraged me. Empowered me. Fought for me when I didn't know the right answer. Loved me when I was living for my sin. Walked through callings over and over with me. I love that girl. she's married to Griffin Mock and is a photographer so book her!
Justin Causey

Justin is the funniest brother I know. Fun fact: I was the one who named him, as he is named after one of the blue power rangers, so you're welcome bro! What makes Justin different than any of my other guys is that he knew me back when I was a much different and much less likable person. He is so funny and so good at Overwatch (ask him about his Genji main). I was thankful to have someone in my family who loves computers and helps my family whenever they need to fix their wi-fi or help with anything techy. We have a lot of the same interests and that helped so much as kid trying to grow up in such a small town with not a ton of friends. He truly is my first friend. I love him so much and I'm so thankful to have him as my best man!
David Swan

Who dat dude? It's David Swan! David was my first friend when I got to Southeastern. David really initiated the friendship when he would sit in my room and talk/vent to me for hours while I sat and listened (because I was so introverted it was a mess). Ever since then we have been so close and he is my greatest guy friend. We've been through so much. We've had deep talks about theology, life, and if water is wet. He also helped me get a job so consider this payback for that. There is not many guys as cool as my dude David. I'm not sure if I would have stayed in school or even me Cat if it was not for his friendship. Thankful to learn and glean all your wisdom about marriage and being able to use it.
Ben Moore

Benjamin Mooregington (or Ben Moore for short) is one of the most compassionate and friendly guys you could ever meet. We have spent so much time playing 2K, talking about the wackiness in our lives, and how our relationship with the Lord is going. We once literally went driving around looking for aliens (I do not know how you top that.) Ben is a beast at Soccer, being late, and I love how he is so open to try lots of different things. I'm thankful for the ways he values friendships and how he will fight for them. I hit the magic gold when i became friends with Ben. Ben is the ultimate wildcard but he makes my life such a blast. - Love, Cornpepper

Hi guys, this is John Savage Savage is probably the guy I share the most things in common with. We both bond over how nerdy we are and how much we love basketball. John cares deeply for his friends and is not afraid to tell them the hard things. Fun fact: He is also the next Phil Ivey and goes hard at poker. I'm not proud of this but sadly, we once took my desktop computer to download a computer game from McDonald's and anyone who would do that with you is a boss. He is the farthest thing from a freaking scrub. I'm so thankful John is with me and I'm lucky to have him!

Jarrett: The man with every middle name and every nickname from high school. Jarrett has to be one of the funniest people in the universe. Even with all his wackiness, I have had some of the deepest and most genuine conversations about life and faith with this brother. The first time I met Jarrett was in D-Group where he was late and prayed that God would break me. Who would of thought our friendship would grow so much from there (Not me!) Jarrett is one of the best people you could ever ask for in life and I so glad he will stand with me and mess with me on July 12th.

Andrew is a beast and so thankful for how he has come along side me. a week before the proposal, Cat told me she really wanted to have nice pictures of our engagement. I was freaking out because this was the ONE thing I did not plan for. Andrew really helped me with the proposal by helping our church friends get into the right place and actually took pictures of our proposal with his wife Maranda. Without his help the proposal would of been twenty times worse. I'm so thankful for how much he has done for me and how we will continue to do ministry together.
Dillon Pegram

Dillon is such a blast and one of the most intentional people I know. Dillon always has a crazy story to bring in the conversation but really loves his friends in a deep way. When I first joined Cat's growth group after we got engaged, Dillon was the most intentional of everyone to really love and get to know me there. We always talk about Star Wars, how our NBA teams are doing, and just what life has thrown at him. I am grateful to have someone like him to start the party and also really care about my life and Cat and I's marriage.
Jordan Cormany

I could go on and on about Jordan. Jordan is fierce. She is loud. She is adventurous. She does everything 100%. She is intentional. She is deep. She is the person you want in your corner when stuff hits the fan. She is brave. She listens to the hard things, even when it feels like you cannot say it to other people. Jordan and I have been friends for so long. We have had our ups and downs, but that is actually what makes our friendship sweeter. We can come back from incredible hardship, and our friendship is better for it: every single time. Jordan is a special education teacher and lives in Greenville, NC! She graduated from ECU, and I cannot wait for you guys to get to know her!
