Is there a hotel room block?
Answer
Yes! There is limited room blocking available at the Hotel Hershey. There are 2 room style options: 2 queen beds or 1 king bed. Both types have the same room rate of $474.00 per night. Per the Hotel Hershey requirements, to receive the discounted rate, you must book for a 2-night stay (Friday, 12/12/25 and Saturday, 12/13/25). Reservations must be made on or before Monday, November 3rd, 2025. Question
Do we have to book a 2-night stay at the Hotel Hershey?
Answer
If you want the discounted rate, yes. However, if you wish to book only one night at the Hotel Hershey, you can, but it will be at whatever the current room rate is. It is also recommended to book as soon as possible. Both the Hotel Hershey and Hershey Lodge have an influx of visitors for the various holiday festivities. As a result, it is anticipated that rooms will be booked quickly at both hotels.

What benefits are there staying at the Hotel Hershey?
Answer
There are several benefits of staying at the Hotel Hershey. First and foremost, both the wedding ceremony and dinner reception are at the Hotel Hershey. Another exciting reason is that there is a free front gate shuttle service to Hersheypark and to the other resort, Hershey Lodge. Other benefits include free admission to the Hershey Gardens and The Hershey Story's Museum Experience, access to indoor pools, and free chocolate at check-in. If we decide not to stay at the Hotel Hershey, are there other hotel options?
Answer
Yes, there are several hotel options to choose from, such as Courtyard Hershey Chocolate Avenue, Hampton Inn & Suite Hershey, and Hilton Garden Inn Hershey. If you are planning to stay at a different hotel, it is highly recommended to make reservations as soon as possible. The Hershey area is busy during the holiday season. Hotels in the area can fill up quickly. Please note, if you are going to Hersheypark after the reception, you will need to find travel accommodations to the park. Unfortunately, the shuttle service to the park can only be utilized by the Hotel Hershey and Hershey Lodge guests.

So we are going to Hersheypark after the reception?
Answer
Yes! As part of your wedding favor, we are giving guests a ticket to Hersheypark! We both enjoy amusement parks, and our first conversation was about how much we enjoy going to amusement parks. We would love to share that joy with our family and friends! After the wedding reception is over, we will all get changed into more comfortable (and warm) clothing and head to Hersheypark until it closes (around 9 pm). Hotel and Hershey Lodge guests will be able to use the shuttle services Hershey provides. Anyone not staying at the Hotel or Lodge will need to travel to the park separately. If any guests need some place to change clothes after the reception, please let us know. We can figure something out : ) While there are public restrooms at the hotel, we understand that may not be ideal.

It will be winter. What is there to do at Hersheypark over the winter?
Answer
Between mid-November through January 1st, Hersheypark is open for their Christmas Candylane. The park will be decorated with lights and several holiday events and treats! Some rides will be open, too! Whether you want to walk around and look at the lights or ride some rides, there should be something there for everyone to enjoy. : )

What if I don't want to go to the park?
Answer
We completely understand if you do not want to go to the park. We will miss you, but we understand that people may not want or be able to go to the park. Please use the ticket however you would like. If you want to give it away after you receive your ticket or use it for a later date, that is completely fine. If you end up not using the ticket, that is fine, too.

Are we all going to hang out together at the park as large group?
Answer
We can if you want. But if you want to do something different, that is fine, too! We want you to enjoy Hersheypark however you want. If that is hanging out with us, great! If not, that's great too! We just want you have a fun time : )

Is there parking at the Hotel Hershey?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking at the Hotel Hershey. For any mobility or cold sensitivity concerns, there is limited parking closer to the building where the ceremony and reception are being held. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held on the second floor of the 1933 Restaurant & Tavern of the Hotel. Elevators are available to access the second floor. The 1933 Restaurant & Tavern is located behind the Hotel gardens. There is some parking near the building. However, the first floor is one of the hotel's restaurants, so the parking lot is open to all guests visiting the hotel. Parking may be limited or unavailable depending on the crowd levels.

Do I mail in the RSVP card or RSVP online?
Answer
You can either mail in your RSVP or RSVP online. The online RSVP is a straightforward process; however, we understand not everyone is comfortable with online formats. An RSVP card and return envelope have been provided with your invite if you would prefer to mail your RSVP. If you decide to RSVP online, you do not need to mail the RSVP card. We kindly ask that you RSVP by Saturday, November 1st, 2025.
