Are kids invited?

We love your kids but we want our wedding to be your night off! This will be an adult only event.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

To secure the group rate at either hotel, please make reservations by August 5th. Hotel block information is located in the Travel section.

Is there parking onsite?

Yes, The National Aviary has a parking lot that will be first come first served.

Will transportation be provided to the ceremony and/or reception?

We have arranged for a shuttle service to provide transportation to and from The National Aviary.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Let us know with your RSVP if you require any dietary modifications for your dinner.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be held outside on a lawn, weather permitting, and the reception will be indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?

Cocktail hour will begin in the lobby of The Garden Room, and on the terrace.

Can I explore The National Aviary?

Yes! Guests will have access to all exhibits of The National Aviary during cocktail hour.
