Are children invited to the wedding?
Answer
We love your little ones, but in order to create a more intimate and adult atmosphere and to give you the opportunity to really let your hair down, we’ve made the decision to have an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand and can join us for this special day!

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?
Answer
Venue is Springvale Farm: 664 Goldmiller Road, Gerrardstown, WV, 25420 (for both ceremony and reception). Yes, it is wheelchair accessible! It is a two story barn, but there is a sidewalk outside that you can use to go upstairs.

What should I know about the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will be Catholic in tradition, but not a full Mass. While we’d love for you to be there, we understand if you’d prefer to skip the ceremony and join us for cocktails and the reception afterward. We will be grateful to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that our guests plan to be seated by 3:50pm due to the ceremony starting at 4pm and arrive no earlier than 3:15pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! There will be signage to show you where to park on site.

What is the dress code for your wedding?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors, followed by a reception inside a clean, rustic barn. We are asking for semi-formal attire. Please no jeans—we want everyone to feel comfortable but also look their best! Think cozy, stylish layers for the outdoor ceremony, and something fun to dance in once we move indoors. The wedding party will be wearing a blend of dusty blue, navy blue, dark gray, eucalyptus green, and white/cream.

Can I bring a date?

To ensure we have enough space and seating for everyone, please note that you can only bring a guest if they are listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
