It's Finally Happening!

We met in Hesperia, MI by the football field during a home football game 11 years ago. I was hanging out with one of my best friends and I looked over and seen Kevin talking with my best friends sister and her boyfriend at the time. We walked up to them to say hi and from that moment Kevin and I locked eyes and fell in love. Time took its course and led us on different paths since that day. In 2016, we reconnected and he stepped up to be a father figure to my daughter. We fell in love all over again. In 2017, we started dating and a few months later we got engaged. Here we are today, still madly in love with one another and growing stronger everyday.

On a date night, we went to Sheridan Park in Coopersville, MI. In the park, they have creeks that run through it, a walking path around the park, some benches, and a bridge over one of the creeks you first come up too. We were standing on the bridge looking down at the creek to see if we could see any fish or frogs. I turned around to walk to the other side and Kevin was down on one knee and asked me to be his wife and I said yes.
