Hotel
This will be our primary/main hotel and is conveniently located close to the venue. It’s a large casino resort with plenty to do on site, so we recommend booking early if you can. A shuttle service will be running on the wedding day for easy transportation. They even have a brand-new indoor oasis pool—so don’t forget your bathing suit! 1. Group ID: BKG1272 2. There will be optional welcome drinks on Thursday night, the wedding is scheduled for Friday evening, and nothing is planned for Saturday.
Hotel

Flight
Grand Rapids is the closest airport to the venue for guests traveling from out of town. You’re also welcome to fly into Chicago or Detroit, both of which are approximately a 2.5–3 hour drive away. Additionally, Amtrak service is available from Chicago to Kalamazoo, which is a convenient option and places you close to the venue if tickets are purchased in advance.
Shuttle

Shuttle service will begin at 3:00 PM on the wedding day, 8/14. The shuttle will make pickups at Best Western first, followed by Gun Lake Resort, before heading to the venue. After the reception, return trips to the hotels will be available at 9:30 PM, 10:30 PM, and 11:15 PM.
Travel Note
Bay Pointe Inn has a large parking lot available for guests who choose to drive. Overnight parking is permitted, so you may leave your vehicle and pick it up the next day if needed.
