We kindly ask that guests arrive at 5:00 so that we may begin the ceremony promptly at 5:30.
Our wedding will be a formal affair. We envision classic attire that complements the elegance of the venue. Floor-length gowns, cocktail dresses, suits, and tuxedos are all appropriate choices. We want you to feel polished and comfortable while celebrating with us.
Cocktail Hour
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Guests will be welcomed with a selection of beer, wine, lemonade, soft drinks, and water. Passed and displayed hors d'oeuvres will include: • Spinach, Artichoke & Crab Dip • Fresh Fruit & Artisan Cheese Display • Chipotle Beef Skewers • Parmesan Artichoke Phyllo Cups • Chilled Shrimp Cocktail
Reception
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Following cocktail hour, guests will enjoy a plated dinner featuring their choice of one of the following entrées: • Peppercorn-Crusted Beef Shoulder • Chicken Piccata with Lemon-Caper Sauce • Salmon with Pink Champagne Cream Sauce Accompaniments will include: • Garlic Whipped Potatoes • Wild Mushroom Risotto • Seasonal Italian Vegetables, Sautéed to Perfection • Four-Cheese Ravioli We are delighted to share this meal with our family and friends as we celebrate together.
