Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event. Please know that the venue will have a tip jar out for bar tenders but you’re not expected to contribute unless you feel inclined to do so.

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00pm. Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to find parking and get settled.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are at the same building The Lincoln Event Space so once you park you are good for the night. There is a parking lot for guests located at S Hickory St, Ottawa, KS 66067 to the left of the event space. You can also utilize street parking around the venue. You cannot use the parking spots located right in front of the venue as those need to be open for vendors and for photographs.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes this venue is wheelchair accessible. Go to the southeast side of the building. You will see a red brick driveway you can pull into to drop people off. There is a ramp there that leads into the building directly into an elevator. That elevator can open to the main level where the ceremony and reception are held. Plan to park the vehicle after drop off in the parking lot across the street. Instructions for that are in the parking question above. If you need an accessible bathroom that is located on the bottom floor. You can access that via the same elevator. Cocktail hour will also be held on the bottom floor.

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We will be serving Mexican food. There will be ways for our guests to get vegetarian and/or gluten free items. You are still more than welcome to let our catering staff know regarding any allergies or restrictions as you go through and they will try their best to accommodate you.
